We're in Kemah, Texas on the bay side of the south-end base of the Kemah-Seabrook Bridge on Hiway 146 over Clear Creek making us the closest marina to Galveston Bay. See the map below.

Kemah Boardwalk Marina • 555 Bradford Street • Kemah, Texas 77565

We are often described as the large marina at the base of the Kemah Bridge around which you must drive to get to the waterfront restaurants.

Millions of folks visit Kemah annually from all over to view boats, browse, shop and eat. If you like to take your boat out into the bay you don't have far to go.

You save a little on fuel, a lot of time, and an immeasurable amount of hassle by not having to deal with the shallow water and traffic in Clear Lake and the Clear Creek Channel. You also don't want to be running aground in Clear Lake during low winter tides. If you're forced out of the channel or make a slight error in navigation you'll likely find yourself aground.

North up the Houston Ship Channel from Galveston. Turn west at Marker "63" and watch for the Clear Creek Channel. Landmarks to watch for are the Kemah Bridge and the Ferris Wheel at the Kemah Waterfront. Go past restaurant row, turn left at the Aquarium Restaurant, before the Bridge.
