We have some of the happiest tenants and some of the most series sailors on the bay as well as some of the most fun loving ones too. They work on their boats, they cruise, they race and they have great dock parties. So do we!

Every month or so during the season we'll put on a fish fry, BBQ, Wurst Fest, Luau, Crawfish Boil or some other event for our tenants.

The last couple of years we have been hosting a Tenant's Appreciation Party on the patio of the Bamboo Club at the Kemah Boardwalk to view the Clear Lake Christmas Boat Parade. This is for tenants only and is one of our most popular events.
